Founded in 2016 by designer and creative director Brandon Carruth, Carruth Concepts began with a passion for transforming spaces through thoughtful design and immersive styling. From an early age, Brandon was creating displays and curated environments for his own home as well as for friends and family — a passion that quickly evolved into a nationally recognized design business.
Now at 29, Brandon has grown Carruth Concepts into a full-service creative studio with a portfolio spanning residential and commercial projects across the country. The company’s work has been featured in luxury resorts including The Breakers Palm Beach, retail destinations in the Bahamas, celebrity residences in Los Angeles, Autograph Collection hotels, holiday attractions, and even installations at The White House.
Today, Carruth Concepts continues to expand beyond holiday design, offering event styling, interior decorating, and bespoke experiential design services. Brandon and his team are known for creating elevated, visually impactful spaces that blend storytelling, luxury, and unforgettable guest experiences.

HOLIDAY DESIGN
Our holiday design services transform spaces into immersive seasonal experiences through both interior and exterior installations. From elegant residential décor to large-scale commercial productions featuring hundreds of thousands of lights, custom garlands, wreaths, trees, and interactive displays, we create environments that capture attention and spark emotion.
